How We Conduct Business
Our approach to business is straightforward: we do what we say, we say what we mean, and we hold ourselves to the same standards we expect from the people we work with. That applies to how we treat our clients, how we engage our supply chain, how we manage our employees, and how we operate as a business in Ireland.
We do not engage in or tolerate bribery, corruption, financial misrepresentation, or any conduct that would compromise the integrity of our business or the trust of our clients and partners. These standards are not aspirational — they are operational requirements that apply to everyone within and representing Connect Install.
Core Ethical Governance
Connect Install operates a protected disclosures policy in accordance with the Protected Disclosures Acts 2014–2022. Employees and contractors have a clearly defined route to raise concerns about wrongdoing, legal breaches, or ethical failures without fear of penalisation. All disclosures are taken seriously, handled confidentially, and investigated appropriately. We are committed to a culture where doing the right thing is supported, not suppressed.
Financial and Legal Integrity
Our financial practices comply with applicable Irish company law, taxation legislation, and accounting standards. We maintain accurate financial records, meet our reporting obligations, and manage company assets responsibly. We do not engage in or facilitate tax evasion, money laundering, or any form of financial misconduct. Our legal obligations are monitored on an ongoing basis, and we take professional advice where needed to ensure continued compliance.
People and Human Rights
We are committed to fair, ethical, and lawful treatment of everyone who works for or with Connect Install. This means paying fair wages, meeting our employment law obligations, maintaining safe working conditions, and ensuring that no person working within our operations — directly or through our supply chain — is subject to exploitation, forced labour, or any violation of their fundamental rights. We align with the principles of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and take our responsibilities as an employer seriously.
Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility
Connect Install recognises its responsibilities in relation to environmental impact, social contribution, and governance standards — collectively referred to as ESG. We are committed to reducing the environmental footprint of our operations where practicable, operating responsibly within the communities in which we work, and maintaining governance standards that reflect our obligations as a growing Irish business. Our sustainability commitments are reviewed regularly and inform how we make decisions about operations, procurement, and investment.
Supply Chain and Procurement
We expect the same ethical standards from our suppliers, subcontractors, and partners that we apply to ourselves. Our procurement processes are designed to be fair, transparent, and free from conflicts of interest. We conduct appropriate due diligence on supply-chain partners and include ethical and compliance requirements in our contractual arrangements. Where concerns about supply-chain conduct are raised, they are investigated and acted upon.
