Connect Install delivered a fast-paced visual refresh across a live shopping centre environment in Dundrum, Dublin, covering illuminated signs, specialist wall graphics, and a range of branded visual elements across three floors. The works formed part of a wider refurbishment programme and had to be completed to a high standard within tight deadlines and restricted working conditions.

This project was delivered in a retail / shopping centre environment for Focus Branding, supporting a wider building refresh. Although it was a single-site project, it involved multiple work areas across three floors in a live operational setting, with night works required to reduce disruption and meet programme demands.

Key delivery challenges
The project had to be delivered within a live commercial environment under tight deadlines, with restricted access and night working requirements. Some of the wall-wrapping elements were technically demanding, and the programme also required coordination with joinery works and other parallel activity on site.

Production and installation were aligned between suppliers and the site team, and the works were organised to fit the available access windows while maintaining pace and finish quality across all three floors. Outcome
The refresh works were completed on time, within the available access windows, and to a high standard across the full site. Despite the live environment, night working, and coordination demands, the project was delivered cleanly with minimal disruption and strong client feedback. The job also led to repeat work.
