Connect Install is a specialist installation and rollout delivery company operating across Ireland. Our field teams work in a practical, safety-focused workwear environment. The office operates business casual. For your interview, aim for something clean, neat, and professional, comfortable enough to feel like yourself, appropriate enough to reflect the standards we hold ourselves to.

Candidate data is processed in accordance with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect only the information necessary for recruitment, typically contact details, CV, work history, interview notes, and right-to-work status. This data is used to assess suitability, communicate during the process, and maintain records of hiring decisions. We may build a talent pool with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Unsuccessful candidate data is retained for 6 to 12 months; talent pool data for up to 24 months. Successful candidate data transfers to your employee file. Access is restricted to HR and relevant hiring managers, stored in encrypted systems, and handled confidentially throughout. The data controller is our Human Resources Manager.
